PLAYSaFE® designs and manufactures engineered rubber surfacing systems that are mixed and installed in situ using a wet‑pour process. The performance of the finished surface is determined by the system build‑up, material compatibility, thickness, and correct installation — not by individual materials in isolation.

Stone &
Rubber System

(comfort & pathway applications)

Hybrid wet-pour systems combining rubber granules and natural stone aggregate, mixed and bound on site using polyurethane binders to form a flexible, non-rigid composite surface.

  • Exhibits material flexibility, unlike rigid resin-bound stone systems
  • Suitable for pathways, pedestrian areas, golf paths, and public environments
  • Permeable, slip-resistant, and durable for functional, non-playground applications
